If you have signed your estate plan, you entrusted several people with important jobs. In this seminar, Beth Mitchell, Erica Johnson, and Ilya Lyubimskiy will talk about what it means to be a personal representative, a trustee, and an agent under a power of attorney. The attorneys will provide information about these roles, so please invite the people you named in your estate plan to the webinar. This webinar will give them the tools they need when it is time to put the documents within your estate plan into action. *You MUST register in advance to attend.
